Your job as the Astronaut is very critical when it comes to convincing the public about the landing. You must be very detailed on your trip. Information should include but is not limited to, how long it took you to get to Mars, what are the surface conditions, the temperature and weather where you landed (ex. Sandstorms, near ice cap etc). It is also important to provide fun non-scientific information such as your diet, what other jobs you had on the spacecraft, and what you did to pass time on your long trip. All of these key components will help convince the public.
